Resident Engineer (RE) & Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Support
Le Management (2011) Pte Ltd provides professional Qualified Site Supervision (QSS) services, including Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) support for construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, building, upgrading, addition and alteration works, utility-sensitive works and authority-sensitive projects.
Our RE support may include supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements; site inspection and verification; coordination with RTOs, contractors and consultants; and reporting of observed defects, deviations or non-compliance matters.
Our RTO support may include site inspection of ongoing works, workmanship observation, support for reinforcement, concreting, structural, civil and architectural inspection activities where applicable, and coordination with the RE and project team on daily supervision matters.
